
Greg runs the CRM and analytical practice. This group provides strategic guidance for every client. He has been in the business for 27 years. “We try to incrementally change consumer behavior in a profitable way,” says Greg. “Through analytics, we help understand and mitigate risk and take a practical test-and-learn approach.”
Greg has worked in financial services, retail, restaurant and agriculture. His clients include Bank of America, BASF, Blockbuster, Godiva Chocolatier, Pizza Hut, Prudential Insurance, RadioShack and Travelers Insurance.
His passion is triathlons. “I enjoy any distances between sprint and half-Ironman because it’s about diversity. It’s the variety that keeps it interesting,” Greg says. “It’s a head game – it’s more than just physical, it’s mental. Your body will tell you no, but your head has to prevail. And it’s fun.”
