Jim sees his role in the company two different ways. He offers strategic guidance and tactical guidance. He pulled three different companies together successfully and profitably by using knowledge from his dual role.
Jim has been in the business for 24 years. His philosophy is that he is "here to help other people be successful in their roles." He feels that if he gives people the tools they need, they can succeed at doing their jobs.
Jim has worked in the Marketing Services Industry, Financial Institutions and Private Growth Companies. In fact, he worked for his parents' small companies when he was a kid. "I have seen every kind of private company, different industries, different models. I really have a sense of how a private company works and what makes a private company tick, " Jim said.
Jim follows a regular workout schedule and is a motorcycle enthusiast. He believes this keeps him focused and balanced.
