Megan works with clients to develop marketing and communications strategies that will drive change in their business. She’s been involved in strategy for 26 years and feels that the best strategies are based on knowing something about the customer that hasn't been known before, or that the customers might not know about themselves. By creating a memorable experience that bonds the customer to the brand, customers will DO something: call, log in, tell a friend or buy.

Megan’s expertise lies in B2B professional services, high tech, consumer packaged goods and telecom marketing. She has worked with clients such as Agilent Technologies, Alltel, American Express, Corporate Express, CUNA Mutual Group, Deluxe, Ernst & Young, General Foods, Godiva Chocolatier, National Restaurant Association, Maritz, Novell, Quantum and Sprint.

When she isn't working, Megan reads and travels around the country. But relaxing and sightseeing isn’t all she’s doing. She’s experiencing people from different walks of life who have different needs. This gives her insight into how and why they interact with certain brands.
